Can I Use My Own Lights?

We’ve found that providing our own, commercial grade, high-quality lights saves everyone time, money, and headaches (those are not available on retail!). We typically don’t install customer-owned lights, but we’re happy to explain why it’s a bright idea to use ours.

Extra Lights?

Adding your own lights after our install can cause power issues. If you plan on it, let us know so we can keep your display shining bright.

Hello, I am Cesar Costa

the owner of HouseMaster Home Inspections, Ataman Multi Capital and Holiday lights and I am passionate about real estate, home services and property inspections. Drawing upon the expertise of HouseMaster, a trusted name in the industry for over 40 years, and my own experience conducting over 5,000 inspections, I have developed a customer centric service company to provide amazing experiences.

As a DPBR licensed Realtor, licensed Home Inspector, licensed Mold Assessor, Certified Termite Operator, Certified Level II Thermographer, and Certified Sewer Line Inspector, Part 107 Licensed Remote Pilot (drone pilot), I bring a wealth of knowledge and professional licenses to the table. Absolutely! You’re welcome to choose from a wide variety of colors, styles, and accents. We’ll make suggestions if you’d like, but ultimately, it’s all about achieving the look you love.

We’ve got you covered. If something goes wrong due to defective materials or our installation, we’ll be back within 48 hours to fix it—no extra charge.

What if I have my own design idea—can you bring my vision to life?

Definitely. We love turning your unique ideas into reality. Share your concepts and we’ll work together to create a display that reflects your personal style.

How do you determine the cost of my custom holiday lighting display?

We’ll take a look at your property, discuss your design preferences, and consider factors like the size of your home, the type of lights, and any additional accents. Then we’ll provide a straightforward, no-obligation quote.

What’s the process for taking the lights down and storing them after the season ends?

Once the holidays are over, we’ll return to safely remove the decorations. We’ll pack everything up and, if part of your package, store your lights for you until next season. It’s all about making it hassle-free!
